Goodbye Year 2010, Hello Year 2011.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :D

It's the year 2011! A new year for new dreams, new hopes and new goals...
Hopefully the year 2010 has treated you well, and the year 2011 will treat you even better. :)

The year 2010 has been pretty awesome for me. I had great company of the Usual Few, Ventures and 5G. Most of my leisure time was spent with ventures, and the only complain I have is that there is not enough time spent together! Hahahaha.
Of course, I met new friends, be it in 5G or Jamboree or Serve Cambodia Dec 2010, and I love how ventures can make friends wherever we go.

Speaking of Serve Cambodia Dec 2010, I finally went to Cambodia about 3 weeks back. Cynthia, Glenda, Felix, Zhi Cong and Zhi Wei joined us along this time, and I'm happy that they did! :D And I made friends with other team members as well! :D
Apart from helping out at Kolap 4, we also went to help out at Widows Island. I was glad I could render my service to them, but sad at the same time that I couldn't do more. But seeing how happy the kids are when some volunteers treated them to lunch (Bread with sardine) really warms the heart.
Kolap 4! Ahhh great memories. So glad to return to the place. Sok Leng is well and healthy, and has become more open! He is no longer the quiet little boy I knew last year but I still love him all the same. The other kids are also healthy and happy, which puts our hearts to relief. Some of them have grew TALLER, and there were new kids as well, including Rain and Nee which stole everyone's hearts hahaha!
Campfire night was different from last year, but nevertheless still fun. And it's so heartwarming to see the kids dancing some of the same dances last year, including Christmas Tree!
And then comes the most dreaded part.. Bidding goodbye to the kids. As well as returning back to Singapore (for me that is hahaha!)
Ahh there's just too much to write about the trip! And too little words.
Can't wait for the post-trip gathering! :D

Wanted to do a summary of the year 2010 with photos.. But.. In short I'm a procrastinator. And I have homework to rush. :/

Shall try to do so another day! Hehehe.
